You Should Know
By Carmen Sabatino
This is a most serious matter and if Grand Jury Foreman Denis France has committed perjury he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. France has been given $10,000 by deceiving the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors. The money is not for the defense of the Grand Jury but to find Logan guilty of contempt.
The question is even if Logan is judged for contempt in violation of his free speech could the fine be anywhere near $10,000. It's possible he could pay $1,000.00 and get 5 days in jail. Denis France should research what is the penalty for perjury and perhaps the California State Bar could study the matter.
